Research Exprience:

Prof. Dr. Zhuo Liu is the young academic leader in Unit of Water Policy Research at Development Research Center of Ministry of Water Resources (DRC). She has a background of geography and environmental science. She has been participating in water policy research for more than ten years in DRC, which is involved in water planning, irrigation management, water resources management and other fields. One of her current research interests is water management policy, water abstraction charges and water prices.
