The first event, 2018 International Forum on Construction, Aviation and Environmental Engineering-Internet of Things (IFCAE-IOT 2018) was successfully taken place on May 11-13, 2018. IFCAE-IOT 2018 was hosted by Vanung University(Taiwan), Taiwan Society of Construction Engineering and Guangzhou City Construction College, co-organized by College of Civil Engineering, Anhui Jianzhu University. The theme of IFCAE-IOT 2018 is "Development of Construction Automation".

The second event, 2019 International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil Engineering and Automatics (HCEA 2019) will be held on April 26-28, 2019 in Guilin, China. HCEA 2019 will be hosted by Taiwan Society of Construction Engineering and undertaken by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Centre. HCEA 2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of hydraulic, civil engineering and automatics to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in hydraulic, civil engineering and automatics. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. An ideal platform for seeking global partners had been established. 

HCEA 2019 sincerely invite you to attend the conference, to share views and experience in hydraulic, civil engineering and automatics.

1. EI Conference | EI会议论文

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and SCOPUS for indexing.

所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将以 Conference Proceedings 会议论文集的形式出版，见刊后由期刊社提交至EI检索。

2. Manuscript length should be within 4-12 pages 
(authors will be charged extra 50 USD/page if the manuscript length is more than 6 pages)

Note: 

1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English.
2) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.
3) All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
